About Our Music and Other Programming

KEOS is proud of the variety of music and news/information programming we provide our listeners. Here are the most frequent questions we get about our music.

Q: Can I submit music or other programming to your station?

A: Yes. We accept music submissions. Please send your releases (full albums on CD are preferred) to:

KEOS 89.1 FM
Billy Ryan, Music Director
P.O. Box 78
College Station, TX 77841

Email to contact Billy is musdir@keos.org

Non-musical submissions (such as news, educational and syndicated programming) are also accepted. Please send a press kit to:

KEOS 89.1 FM
Program Director
P.O. Box 78
College Station, TX 77841

Email to contact the Program Director is: progdir@keos.org

Q: What was that song / artist / album? Can I get more info on that artist?

A: To find out what was played or get more information, your best bet is to call (979-779-5367) during the program and ask the host yourself. If you can’t call till the show is over, try reaching the host the next time the program airs or when that person hosts another show (see our program schedule). If that is not possible, we may be able to help you if you contact us. Be sure to include when (day and time) the song aired, the genre, and as much about the song and performer(s) as possible when. We will try to get you an answer.

Q: Can I make a request or comment about a show on-line ?

A: We currently cannot receive on-line requests at the station in real-time. Your best bet is to call (979-779-5367) during the program and ask the host yourself. If you can’t call till the show is over, try reaching them the next week. If that is not possible, we may be able to help you; but include when (day and time) and which show, so we know who to forward to when you contact us. You can also visit our Program Schedule to see if the host has direct contact information there.

Q. I would like to listen to KEOS at work, but I can’t play a radio there. Does KEOS plan to stream an audio signal on the web?

A: YES! Click this link and your default music player should begin to stream KEOS radio.
